Data Finalization Amendment Date definition

Data Finalization Amendment Date means the Amendment Date, if any, on which the Annuity Schedules or any supplements thereto are attached to this Contract reflecting the data determined by AUL and the Contract-Holder as of the Data Finalization Date and, if applicable, the related Contribution Adjustment Amount is paid.

Data Finalization Amendment Date means the Amendment Date, if any, on which the Annuity Exhibits or any supplements thereto are attached to this Contract reflecting the data determined by Prudential and the Contract-Holder as of the Data Finalization Date and, if applicable, the related Contribution Adjustment Amount is paid.

Examples of Data Finalization Amendment Date in a sentence

• Following the Data Finalization Amendment Date, AUL shall have no right to enforce any provision of this Contract against Contract-Holder.
