Data Privacy Legislation definition

Data Privacy Legislation means all applicable data protection or data privacy laws in Australia from time to time, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and State and Territory based health records legislation. “Discounts or Incentives” are written offers to provide Goods and/or Services on terms or in a way that has been accepted to by you.
