Personal Data Privacy. The Participant explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Participant’s personal data by and among, as applicable, the Company and its subsidiaries for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Participant’s participation in the Plan. The Participant understands that the Company may hold certain personal information about the Participant, including, but not limited to, the Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social security number (or any other social or national identification number), salary, nationality, job title and number of RSUs for the purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Participant’s Award (the “Data”). The Participant understands that the Data may be transferred to the Company or to any third parties assisting in the implementation, administration and management of the Plan, that these recipients may be located in the Participant’s country or elsewhere, and that any recipient’s country may have different data privacy laws and protections than the Participant’s country. The Participant authorizes the recipients to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the sole purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Participant’s participation in the Plan. Furthermore, the Participant acknowledges and understands that the transfer of the Data to the Company or to any third parties is necessary for the Participant’s participation in the Plan. The Participant may view the Data, request information about the storage and processing of Data, request any corrections to Data, or withdraw the consents herein (in any case, without cost to the Participant) by contacting Corporate Human Resources in writing. The withdrawal of any consent by the Participant may affect the Participant’s participation in the Plan. The Participant may contact Corporate Human Resources for further information about the consequences of any withdrawal of consents herein.

By accepting this Award, the Participant authorizes the recipients to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the sole purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Participant’s participation in the Plan. Furthermore, the Participant acknowledges and understands that the transfer of Data to the Company or to any third parties is necessary for the Participant’s participation in the Plan. Personal Data Privacy. Where supply of the Services involves the handling of Personal Data, the Parties shall handle, collect, process and generate the Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Law.
Personal Data Privacy. (a) You accept and agree to abide by the terms of the PICS.
(b) In respect of any data transfer for the purposes stated in the PICS, you further acknowledge and consent to (i) your personal data being transferred to the transferees specified in paragraph 5 of the PICS, who/which may be located in jurisdictions where we or other members, agents, contractors or third party service providers of Manulife Group Companies and of the Funds are conducting business and/or maintaining business data, (ii) unless you notify us otherwise, Manulife using your personal data in direct marketing as specified in paragraph 6 of the PICS, and (iii) unless you notify us otherwise, Manulife providing your personal data to Manulife Group Companies (other than Manulife) for use in direct marketing as specified in paragraph 7 of the PICS, which has been read and accepted by you.

Personal Data Privacy. 2.1 You agree that Xxxxxxxxx.xxx may collect, hold, use and transfer your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Personal Data Privacy. 8.1 Gpayroll’s Privacy Notice can be reviewed here. You acknowledge and agree that the provision of certain Services are handled and/or processed by our Third Party Service Providers, each of whom have their respective privacy notices. You may be required to agree to the privacy notices of such Third Party Service Providers in order for us and the Third Party Service Provider to provide the Services.
8.2 You agree to comply with the appropriate data protection and privacy laws when you use, access or provide the Service. Gpayroll may revise its Privacy Notice from time to time without prior notice to you. You will be notified of any revisions to the Privacy Notice.
8.3 Gpayroll shall:
(a) process Personal Data only in accordance with the instructions of the Customer and to the extent, and in such a manner, as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service or as is required by any applicable law;
(b) in respect of Personal Data, which is in the possession or under the control of Gpayroll, implement technical and organisational measures in accordance with good industry practice to protect Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure; and
(c) respond to an access request as soon as reasonably possible and to make a correction of Personal Data processed by Gpayroll as soon as practicable.
8.4 The Customer agrees that Gpayroll may transfer Personal Data outside the Territory provided such transfer is accorded a standard of protection in the territory to which it is transferred that is comparable to the protection under data protection laws within the Territory.
8.5 The Customer agrees that Gpayroll is entitled to anonymize Personal Data so that the resulting data lacks any means to identify the Customer and Users, and does not contain any Confidential Information (“Anonymized Data”) and to use the Anonymized Data for any commercial or non-commercial purpose including but not limited to the following:
(a) to aggregate the Anonymized Data with other data;
(b) to modify the Anonymized Data (whether aggregated or not) so as to create a derivative work;
(c) to publicly publish the Anonymized Data (whether aggregated, modified or not) either directly or indirectly through third parties; and
(d) to commercialize the Anonymized Data (whether aggregated, modified or not) by licensing, selling and/or the Anonymized Data (whether aggregated, modified or not) to third parties.
8.6 Ownership of the Anon...
Personal Data Privacy. 2.3.1 To comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, the HKUST’s Data Privacy Policy Statement (PPS) and Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS). A copy of the current PPS and PICS for [e.g. student/ staff] are attached as Appendix [ ] and Appendix [ ] respectively.
2.3.2 To take appropriate steps to protect personal data entrusted to you to prevent unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use of the data.
2.3.3 To return or destroy any personal data entrusted to you after the Term in accordance with statutory requirements and the HKUST’s policy and instruction.

6.2 In respect of any data transfer for the purposes stated in the PICS, you further acknowledge and consent to your personal data being transferred to the transferees specified in paragraph 5 of the PICS, who/which may be located in jurisdictions where we or other members, agents, contractors or third party service providers of the Manulife Group and of the Manulife Fund are conducting business. Such jurisdictions include Canada, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, European Union and Asia Pacific countries, including Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
