Data Protection Notice definition

Data Protection Notice means the data protection notice produced by us to explain the terms on which any personal data received in connection with your Investment Account will be collected and used by us or on our instruction and the mechanisms by which you can exercise your rights pursuant to Data Protection Law. The Data Protection Notice may be accessed online at www.kbc.ie.
