Data capture. 2.7.1 The Supplier shall ensure that the ePurchasing Card Solution captures level 1 (summary), level 2 (summary VAT) and level 3 (line item detail) data where this is created by a Merchant when a transaction is processed.
Data capture. 1The following data will be captured during implementation and will be provided to the CWU on a monthly basis:
Data capture. 5.2.1 MUST HAVE DATA ENTRY SCREENS TAILORED TO EACH APPLICATION. BIDDER SHOULD PROVIDE SAMPLES OF STANDARD DATA ENTRY SCREENS. The system WILL have data entry screens tailored to each application. We have provided samples of standard data entry screens. 5.2.2 THE SCREENS MUST ALLOW FOR ADDING, DELETING, UPDATING AND VIEWING A RECORD AS ALLOWED BY ACCESS CONTROL TABLES. The screens WILL allow for adding, deleting, updating and viewing a record as allowed by access control tables. 5.2.3 SYSTEM MUST VALIDATE FOR PROPER DATA FORMAT AND REASONABILITY (ALPHA, NUMERIC, DECIMAL, SIZE, DATES, ETC.) The system WILL validate for proper data format and reasonability (alpha, numeric, decimal, size, dates, etc.) 5.2.4 FIELDS THAT HAVE A SPECIFIED NUMBER OF ACCEPTABLE VALUES MUST BE VALIDATED AGAINST TABLES. Fields that have a specified number of acceptable values WILL be validated against tables. 5.2.5 MUST ALLOW SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR TO ADD, DELETE AND MODIFY TABLE ENTRIES FOR VALIDATION. BIDDER MUST DESCRIBE HOW VALIDATION TABLES ARE UPDATED. The system WILL allow System Administrator to add, delete and modify table entries for validation. This functionality is allowed only to individuals who have been given this permission (usually the System Administrator) through specialized ForceField update utilities. The System Administrator will be fully trained by XImage Corporation training personnel in performing this function. 5.2.6 MUST HAVE CHECKS TO ENSURE ALL MANDATORY FIELDS ARE ENTERED. The system WILL have checks to ensure all mandatory fields are entered. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 17 August 1993 27 Hennepin County Sheriff's Department Computerized Image Database XImage Corporation Proposal 5 SYSTEM FUNCTIONS
Data capture. Capture of data for various requirements by use of GPS to obtain co-ordinates and detail of point.
Data capture. Client acknowledges that information and messages entered into the Business Internet Banking System may be captured. Bank may, but is not required to, maintain such information as part of Bank’s records. By using the Services, Client consents to such recordkeeping. Any such records Bank retains shall be deemed to be original documents.
Data capture. Motivation Effective management of the transport system requires up to date information on both the current state of traffic on the network and of traffic management measures in opera- tion. Beyond this, the capture of further information can be envisaged that concerns the current disposition of traffic in the network, commitments to actions that have been made implicitly, and intentions for further travel activity that will influence decisions and choices made in the short-term future. This information can be used in routine management and also in detection and management of incidents. In the longer term it can be used to develop a record of historical information that can be used as reference for management and, ultimately, for planning. Premises Cooperative systems should aim to exploit on the whole range of different kinds of sensor information that are available. In particular, location-based sensors, such as GPS based mobile sensors, are becoming widely used and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) mobile sen- sors are found in abundance in commercial fleets such as UPS, FedEx, taxis and public trans- port vehicles. Furthermore, intelligent vehicles have many additional sensors as well as location sensors, including environmental sensors (weather conditions), proximity sensors, image-based sensors, and several kinds of internal monitoring and management sensors. These additional sensors offer the opportunity to capture a much richer set of data than that supplied by conven- tional road sensors. In addition to data from in-built sensors, trip-specific information such as intended destination and route may be available either explicitly or implicitly. This information is also potentially useful in the development of cooperative traffic management systems and their use in practice. Research Required The amount of real-time information that is potentially available is enor- mous. However, this will only be useful if it can be captured, processed and delivered to traf- fic management systems in a timely manner and with adequate quality. Research is therefore needed:
