Data Protections Laws definition

Data Protections Laws means any data protection or privacy laws and regulations, as amended or replaced from time to time, such as (i) the Data Protection Act 2018 and (ii) the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”) or the UK GDPR and any applicable implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, and (iii) any successor legislation to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR. The terms “Controller”, “Personal Data” and “Processing” shall have the meaning given in the Data Protections Protection Laws or, if none, the meaning of any equivalent concepts to those terms as they are defined in the GDPR.

The Issuer will take reasonable steps to bring the content of any such notice to the attention of individuals whose data it discloses to the relevant Paying Agent.

Related to Data Protections Laws

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;
