  • If the Data Sub-processor believes or becomes aware that any of the Data Processor’s instructions conflicts with any Data Protection Laws, the Data Sub-processor shall inform the Data Processor, who in turn shall inform the Data Controller.

Related to Data Sub- Processor

  • Sub-processor means a third party engaged by the Processor for carrying out processing activities in respect of the Personal Data on behalf of the Processor; and

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region.
