Data Warehouse Services definition

Data Warehouse Services means the services which are made available to consenting end-users (“User,” as defined below) whereby certain Electronic Reports (as defined below) may be searched, viewed, downloaded and printed.
Data Warehouse Services means data storage and access services for the Customer Data provided by kleene to the Customer using the Data Warehouse, if any; the Customer acknowledges that:
Data Warehouse Services means Epicor’s Product for the compilation, analysis and reporting of data relating to the sales and distribution of aftermarket automotive parts and repair services.

  • If Customer acquires an On-premises Application, Epicor hereby grants to Customer a license to use the object code (run- time) version of the On-premises Application on a worldwide, personal and non-exclusive basis during the Data Warehouse Services Term solely in connection with its use of the Data Warehouse Services and in accordance with Section 2.1 of this Supplement.

  • Epicor and its Affiliates may perform certain aspects of the Data Warehouse Services (e.g., administrative, maintenance, support, disaster recovery, data processing) from locations and/or through use of subcontractors (e.g., third party data center providers), worldwide.

  • Epicor grants to Customer on behalf of it and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable and worldwide right to use the Data Warehouse Services for the Data Warehouse Services Term.

Data Warehouse Services means the Operational Data Warehouse, the Management Data Warehouse, and the Information Desktop, or any one of the foregoing.

Related to Data Warehouse Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
