Reporting of Data. The Buyer and the Seller shall compile and furnish to each other such actuarial and employee data as shall be required from time to time for each party to perform and fulfill its obligations under this Section 5.

Reporting of Data. (i) Lyft shall report the data in Sections 2(a)(i)(c)-(f), Sections 2(a)(ii)(c)-(f), and Sections 2(a)(iii)-(viii) to Claimants’ Counsel. Lyft shall not be required to disclose the names or contact information of Drivers or Riders described in Sections 2(a)(i)(a)-(b) and Sections 2(a)(ii)(a)-(b) to Claimants’ Counsel pursuant to this Agreement. However, Lyft shall maintain the data described in Sections 2(a)(i)(a)-(b) and 2(a)(ii)(a)-(b) confidentially in accordance with Section 2(a). For each and every Service Animal Complaint described in Sections 2(a)(i)-(ii) that Lyft reports to Claimants’ Counsel under Section 2(b) of this Agreement, Lyft shall identify each and every known Driver and Rider described in Sections 2(a)(i)(a)-(b) and 2(a)(ii)(a)-(b) with a unique alphanumeric identifier to enable Claimants’ Counsel to track the experiences of individual Riders and Drivers. Starting on the 90th day after the Joint Announcement Date, the required reporting under this Section 2(b) will occur quarterly for one year and semiannually thereafter for the remainder of the Term. However, Lyft shall resume reporting such data to Claimants’ Counsel on a quarterly basis if any of the following occurs:
(a) The reported data shows a material increase in the number of reported instances where a Driver refused to transport a Rider with a Service Animal during the reporting period as compared with the prior period. In determining what is “material,” the Parties shall take into consideration factors that may contribute to any such increase, such as Lyft’s rate of growth and expansion into new markets within the United States;
(b) The reported data shows a material increase in the total number of Service Animal Complaints that Lyft received during the reporting period as compared with the prior reporting period. In determining what is “material,” the Parties shall take into consideration factors that may contribute to any such increase, such as Lyft’s rate of growth and expansion into new markets within the United States;
(c) In resolving a dispute pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement, the Court concludes that Lyft has not substantially complied with a provision of this Agreement during the prior reporting period; or
(d) The Parties agree that Lyft has not substantially complied with the terms of the Agreement during the prior reporting period.

Reporting of Data. Contractor shall maintain accurate records of the services provide for the Town and shall provide the same to the Town upon its request at any reasonable time. Information will be kept confidential, except as may be required by public disclosure laws
Reporting of Data. (a) Company agrees to submit Derivative Data to CME, unless it has appointed an Authorized Service Provider to submit Derivative Data on its behalf as per Clause 3 (c).

(c) All Derivative Data reported by Company to CME shall be materially accurate and complete and compliant with the Rules and applicable rules and regulations under XXXX. (d) Company shall adhere to the verification and error correction processes set forth in TR Rules 604 and 605 with respect to Company’s Derivative Data.

During the Term of this Voluntary Agreement, Airbnb shall meet with Claimants’ Counsel at least every six months following the Effective Date to review summary data of disability-related complaints. The summary data will include: (i) the number of disability complaints over the prior reporting period; (ii) the type of complaint where available; (iii) the location of the complainant; (iv) the type of response where available; and (v) the number of users accessing and using the Accessibility Filters. Airbnb agrees to discuss the underlying data and records relating to a disability-related complaint, where available and as appropriate, with Claimants’ Counsel. Reporting of Data. (1) The School will report PEIMS data according to the following schedule.
(A) The Agency and the School shall jointly develop separate action plans for the possible collection of organization, student, staff, and financial data. The action plan for organization and student data shall be completed by June 1998; for staff data by June 1999; and for financial data by June 2000.
(B) The Agency and the School shall conduct studies to determine the feasibility of collecting data for each information category according to the following schedule: organization and student data during the 1998-1999 school year; staff data during the 1999-2000 school year; and financial data during the 2000-2001 school year.
(C) In each information category for which it is determined that data collection is feasible, the Agency and the School shall pilot the collection as follows: organization and student data during the 1999-2000 school year; staff data during the 2000-2001 school year; and financial data during the 2001-2002 school year.
(D) Initial PEIMS collection shall be contingent on resolution of feasibility issues and modifications indicated by the pilot process.
(2) To the extent possible, the Agency shall assist the School in accessing available resources to implement this section of the MOU.
