Unless the Date of Availability has occurred by this date, neither party will have any obligation to the other in relation to this Facility Agreement.
If the purchase order is issued after the Date of Availability, a time extension will be granted based on the actual date on the purchase order.
It is the intent of these specifications that the Contractor shall commence work on the Date of Availability specified in the Project Special Provisions and/or Proposal or as soon thereafter as practicable.
