Date of completion of project means that the date of completion of project with project handed over and accepted by the consumer applicant in all respect provided that the assignees, Guarantee and warranty of 05 years shall be applicable as per the RFP Document terms and condition after the date of completion of Project.

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
