Date of Final Judgment definition

Date of Final Judgment means the first date upon which both of the following conditions shall have been satisfied: (a) final approval of the Settlement Agreement by the Court (“Final Approval”); and (b) either (1) thirty days have passed from the date of Final Approval with no notice of appeal having been filed with the Court; or (2) Final Approval has been affirmed by a mandate issued by any reviewing court to which any appeal has been taken, and any further petition for review (including certiorari) has been denied, and the time for any further appeal or review of Final Approval has expired.

Related to Date of Final Judgment
