Date of Occupancy definition

Date of Occupancy means the date on which KMC first occupies the Collocation Space pursuant to this Agreement.
Date of Occupancy means the date the grant deed is recorded with the County Recorder’s Office. “Demographic Research Unit” (DRU) means this office within the California Department of Finance. “Department” shall have the meaning set forth in Education Code Section 17070.15(f).
Date of Occupancy means: The date on which Landlord is ready to give possession of the Leased Premises to the Tenant, subject to the terms stipulated in the Article entitled "Occupancy".

Examples of Date of Occupancy in a sentence

  • The Date of Occupancy shall be the date of such first use, but shall not be prior to the date of execution of the Notice of Approval of Occupancy/Use.

  • Payment of the first month’s Monthly Fee is due prior to the Date of Occupancy.

  • The proposed Building must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local code requirements, or DCAMM must be satisfied that it can and will be brought into substantial compliance by the desired Date of Occupancy.

More Definitions of Date of Occupancy

Date of Occupancy means the date on which SBCT first occupies a Collocation Space pursuant to this Part K.
Date of Occupancy shall be One Hundred Twenty Days (120) after the Landlord delivers the Demised Premises to Tenant. For this purpose, delivery of the Demised Premises to Tenant shall take place when Landlord notifies Tenant., and Tenant has received the Vacating Notice (and the other tenant referred to therein vacates the Demised Premises). Tenant and Landlord acknowledge that the Demised Premises are currently occupied by another tenant who has agreed in writing to relocate to another premises within the Shopping Center (the "Relocation Agreement"), at Landlord's sole expense. Accordingly, delivery of the Demised Premises to Tenant shall occur on the date such tenant vacates the Demised Premises and Tenant receives the Vacating Notice). If such other tenant does not vacate the Demised Premises by January 31, 2007, Tenant may terminate this Lease upon notice to the Landlord, in which case neither Landlord nor Tenant will have any further rights or obligations under this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord hereby covenants to Tenant as a material condition of the Lease to perform all work necessary to relocate existing tenant from the Demised Premises as soon as practicable and to promptly and diligently enforce the Relocation Agreement.

  • Date of occurrence in these Regulations means the date of contract signing, date of payment, dates of boards of directors resolutions, or other date that can confirm the counterparty and monetary amount of the transaction, whichever date is earlier.

  • Transient occupancy means occupancy in transient lodging that has all of the following

  • Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.

  • Owner-occupied means property that is the principal

  • Ready for Occupancy means the date upon which (i) the Leased Premises are available for Tenant's occupancy in a broom clean condition and (ii) the improvements, if any, to be made to the Leased Premises by Landlord as a condition to Tenant's obligation to accept possession of the Leased Premises have been substantially completed and the appropriate governmental building department (i.e., the City building department, if the Property is located within a City, or otherwise the County building department) shall have approved the construction of such improvements as substantially complete or is willing to so approve the construction of the improvements as substantially complete subject only to compliance with specified conditions which are the responsibility of Tenant to satisfy or is willing to allow Tenant to occupy subject to its receiving assurances that specified work will be completed.

  • Practice of occupational therapy means the therapeutic use of occupations for habilitation and

  • Occupancy means the use or intended use of a building or part thereof for the shelter or support of persons, animals or property.

  • Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;

  • Own Occupation means your occupation that you were performing when your Disability or Partial Disability began. For the purposes of determining Disability under this plan, Liberty will consider your occupation as it is normally performed in the national economy.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack, locker or bicycle stacker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.

  • Regulated occupation means an occupation in which a person is licensed, certified, or registered by one (1) of the following:

  • Sign area means the total surface area within the outer periphery of the said sign, and in the case of a sign comprised of individual letters or symbols, shall be calculated as the area of a rectangle enclosing the letters or symbols. Frames and structural members not bearing advertising matter shall not be included in computation of surface area.

  • Permitted Occupier means if used in the Agreement, any person who is licensed or permitted by the Landlord to reside at the Property together with the Tenant and who does so as a rent free licensee of the Tenant.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Home occupation means an occupation permitted in a dwelling unit and which:

  • Occupancy Permit means a document authorizing the use of a development undertaken in accordance with a development permit issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.

  • Any Occupation means any occupation that you are or become reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.

  • Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • elementary occupation means any occupation involving unskilled or semi-skilled work;

  • domestic premises means any premises used wholly or partly as a dwelling or intended for such use;
