Date of Occupancy definition

Date of Occupancy means the date on which KMC first occupies the Collocation Space pursuant to this Agreement.
Date of Occupancy means the date the grant deed is recorded with the County Recorder’s Office. “Demographic Research Unit” (DRU) means this office within the California Department of Finance. “Department” shall have the meaning set forth in Education Code Section 17070.15(f).
Date of Occupancy means: The date on which Landlord is ready to give possession of the Leased Premises to the Tenant, subject to the terms stipulated in the Article entitled "Occupancy".

Examples of Date of Occupancy in a sentence

  • The Date of Occupancy shall be the date of such first use, but shall not be prior to the date of execution of the Notice of Approval of Occupancy/Use.

  • If Resident is approved to terminate the Lease after the Date of Occupancy for a reason other than a Qualifying Event or Graduation (See Section 25b), or if Resident fails to take occupancy of the Unit assigned to them following the Date of Occupancy, Resident shall forfeit their application fee, their account will be charged a penalty equal to two (2) month’s rent, as well as any charges accrued through the date of official proper check-out (as determined by Residence Life).

  • The Initial Fifty percent deposit becomes non- refundable at Ninety Days (90) prior to the Guests contracted Date of Occupancy and will applied toward the total rental fees.

  • Deerfield will notify the Future Resident of availability of the Residence Type specified by the Future Resident at the time the Residence becomes available for occupancy at or near the Future Resident’s Projected Date of Occupancy.

  • The Balance of the total Entrance Fee for the Residence will be due and payable prior to or on the Date of Occupancy, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Xxxxxx Highland Farms.

If such other tenant does not vacate the Demised Premises by January 31, 2007, Tenant may terminate this Lease upon notice to the Landlord, in which case neither Landlord nor Tenant will have any further rights or obligations under this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord hereby covenants to Tenant as a material condition of the Lease to perform all work necessary to relocate existing tenant from the Demised Premises as soon as practicable and to promptly and diligently enforce the Relocation Agreement.

Related to Date of Occupancy

  • Date of occurrence in these Regulations means the date of contract signing, date of payment, dates of boards of directors resolutions, or other date that can confirm the counterparty and monetary amount of the loan of funds or endorsement/guarantee, whichever date is earlier.

  • Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.
