Eligible Line of Business means any business engaged in as of the date of this Agreement by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Off-highway implement of husbandry means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Permitted Line of Business as defined in Section 7.14(a).
Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.
Housing accommodation or "Dwelling" means any building, mobile home or trailer, structure, or portion thereof which is occupied as, or designed, or intended for occupancy, as, a residence by one or more families, and any vacant land which is offered to sale or lease for the construction or location thereon of any such building, mobile home or trailer, structure, or portion thereof or any real property, as defined herein, used or intended to be used for any of the purposes set forth in this subsection.
Housing Provider means, with respect to a HOME Development, Local Government, consortia approved by HUD under 24 CFR Part 92, for-profit and Non-Profit Developers, and qualified CHDOs, with demonstrated capacity to construct or rehabilitate affordable housing.
Permanent Supportive Housing means voluntary, flexible supports to help individuals with psychiatric disabilities choose, get, and keep housing that is decent, safe, affordable, and integrated into the community. Tenants have access to an array of services that help them keep their housing, such as case management, assistance with daily activities, conflict resolution, and crisis response consistent with evidence-based practice standards published by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Housing project means a project, or distinct portion of a
Tube housing assembly means the tube housing with tube installed. It includes high-voltage and/or filament transformers and other appropriate elements when such are contained within the tube housing.
On-line means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.
Water Line The water line is the single lateral water service line from the point of the water utility’s connection to the point of the water meter or main shut off line inside the home. The water line also includes well water lines, excluding those exceeding five feet under the surface level of the yard.
Lot Line, Front means, in the case of an interior lot, the line dividing the lot from the street. In the case of a corner lot, the shorter lot line abutting a street shall be deemed the front lot line. In the case of a corner lot where the length of the lot lines abutting a street are equivalent or there are three abutting streets the front lot line shall be deemed to be the lot line where the face of the building intended to be the front is located. In the case of a through lot, only one of the lot lines abutting a street shall be deemed to be the front lot line.

Rehabilitation facility means a non-residential facility that provides therapy and training rehabilitation services at a single location in a coordinated fashion, by or under the supervision of a physician pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction in which treatment is provided. The center may offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, vocational training, and special training such as speech therapy. The facility may be either of the following:
Rear lot line means the lot line that is opposite the front lot line in the case of a lot having four sides, and where the rear portion of a lot is bounded by intersecting side lot lines the point of intersection is deemed the rear lot line;
Affordable housing project means, for purposes of this part, title fourteen of article twenty seven of the environmental conservation law and section twenty-one of the tax law only, a project that is developed for residential use or mixed residential use that must include affordable residential rental units and/or affordable home ownership units.

Residence in foreclosure or “affected residence” means residential real property consisting of one to four family dwelling units, one of which the owner occupies as the owner’s principal place of residence, where a delinquency or default on any loan payment or debt is secured by or attached to the residential real property including but not limited to contract for deed payments, real estate contracts, or real estate taxes.

Persons with disabilities means persons who have long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others;
Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;
Students with disabilities means students who have individualized education programs regardless of the disability.
Inner liner means a continuous layer of material placed inside a tank or container which protects the construction materials of the tank or container from the contained waste or reagents used to treat the waste.
Second Lien With respect to each Mortgaged Property, the lien of the mortgage, deed of trust or other instrument securing a Mortgage Note which creates a second lien on the Mortgaged Property.
Discriminatory housing practice means an act that is unlawful under this chapter.
