Debentures Trustee means The Bank of New York, as Trustee under the Debentures Indenture, and its successors in such capacity.
Debentures Trustee means The Bank of New York, as Trustee under the Exchange Indenture, or any successor Debentures Trustee appointed in accordance with the terms of the Exchange Indenture.
