Dedication Land definition

Dedication Land means a Contribution Item comprising land specified or described in Part C of Schedule 2 of this Deed. Defect means anything that adversely affects, or is likely to adversely affect, the appearance, structural integrity, functionality or use or enjoyment of a Work or any part of a Work.
Dedication Land means that part of the Land to be dedicated to Council in accordance with this Deed, marked as “Land to facilitate Xxxxx Xxxx Drive widening” on the plan at Schedule 2 of this Deed. Deed means this Deed and includes any schedules, annexures and appendices to this Deed.
Dedication Land means that part of the Land specifically identified for dedication to Council as Public Reserve being Lot 214 in DP 1239622proposed lot 257 in plan annexed in Schedule 2.

Examples of Dedication Land in a sentence

  • The [Developer/Landowner]* [Delete whichever is inapplicable] is to dedicate the Dedication Land free of cost to the Council in the manner and at the time or times specified in Part C of Schedule 2.

  • Any Contribution Value specified in this Deed in relation to a Contribution Item comprising a Work to be carried out or Dedication Land does not serve to define the extent of the Developer’s obligation to make the Development Contribution [Include this clause only if Contribution Values are specified in this Deed].

  • Before any Dedication Land is dedicated to the Council, the [Developer/Landowner]* is to do all things reasonably necessary to enable the Council to enter upon the Dedication Land for the purposes of inspecting that land.

More Definitions of Dedication Land

Dedication Land means any part of the Land which is to be dedicated to the Council under this Agreement. Defects Liability Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Work is taken to have been completed under this Agreement and ending 12 months after that date. Deferred Work Security means the Security provided under clause 12.1.2 of this Agreement.
Dedication Land means the Local Roads Land, SP2 Infrastructure (Drainage) Land and RE1 Public Recreation Zoned Land. Defect has the meaning given to that expression in clause 8.1(a).
Dedication Land means those parts of the Development Land that the Rezoning Application proposes will be zoned RE1.
Dedication Land means the part of the Land on which Detention Basin No.4 is located. Developer means Dairycorp Pty Limited and Schofields Property Development Pty Ltd.
Dedication Land means the part of the Land to be created as proposed lot 502 shown on the plan in Schedule 3. Deed means this Deed and includes any schedules, annexures and appendices to this Deed. Dedication Land means the land zone RE 1 under Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan land at Attachment A with an area of 3,614 m2 (subject to survey).
