Deed Material definition

Deed Material means all Material:
Deed Material means any Material brought into existence as a part of, or for the purpose of producing the Reports, and includes but is not limited to documents, equipment, information or data stored by any means.
Deed Material means any Material created by the Individual on or following the Commencement Date, for the purposes of or as a result of performing its obligations under this Deed. Deliverable means any item or element of a Services to be provided by the Individual under a Contract.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Company grants the Administration Agency, the NDSS Administrator and the Commonwealth a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free licence (including the Right to sublicense) to Use any of the Company’s Intellectual Property Rights or those of any third party in any of the Deed Material, for the Administration Agency’s, the NDSS Administrator's or the Commonwealth's purposes.
