WORKS COMPLETION definition

WORKS COMPLETION means the state of completion where, in the opinion of the principal agent, the work on the works completion list has been completed.

WORKS COMPLETION means the date on which the PTA gives notice under clause 9.4 that the Bus Queue Jump Lane were completed in accordance with the Final Design Plan and any variations thereto approved pursuant to clause 2.5.
