Deferred Cash Benefit definition

Deferred Cash Benefit means the amount of Retainer Fees deferred by a Participant under Section 3.
Deferred Cash Benefit means the Cash Compensation that a Director elects to defer under Article 7, that results in payments governed by Section 7.3 and Article 8 of this Plan.
