Deferred Consideration Shares definition

Deferred Consideration Shares means the Common Stock of Marquee Inc. to be issued to the Sellers in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.3 and ranking pari passu with the existing Common Stock of Marquee Inc. at the date of issue;

Deferred Consideration Shares means the Common Stock of the Purchaser to be issued to the Sellers in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.3 and ranking pari passu with the existing Common Stock of the Purchaser at the date of issue;

Deferred Consideration Shares means the ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the capital of the Purchaser to be issued and allotted pursuant to clause 3.13;
