Delegated Official definition

Delegated Official means the Member of Faculty or Staff so designated by the Director;

Delegated Official means any official of the Council who has been authorised by it to administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this policy.

Delegated Official means an official who has been delegated powers or being instructed to perform any duties assigned by the Accounting Officer;

Delegated Official means an official authorised in writing by the AO/AA in terms of sections 44 and 56, respectively, of the PFMA or any other enabling legislation to exercise a power or perform a duty set out in the relevant legislation, subject to such conditions as may be determined by the relevant AO/AA;
