Delivered Documents definition

Delivered Documents means the documents and materials listed on Schedule 1.
Delivered Documents the documents and files (whether in paper, electronic or other tangible form) containing Information with regards to the Know How and Patents (both as defined below) as listed in the Appendix I attached to the present agreement and made a part hereof .
Delivered Documents has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(a).

Delivered Documents means those documents listed on Schedule 5.12(ff) hereto, formerly in the possession of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and delivered to Purchaser no later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Effective Date.   • Required Documents means those documents identified in Section 2(I) of the Custodial Agreement.

  • Assigned Documents has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.12.

  • Subordinated Documents means the Subordinated Note and any and all other documents, agreements, writings or instruments executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto, in each case, as in effect on the date hereof and as amended, modified, restated or Refinanced in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Purchaser Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Underlying Documents means, together, the Contracts, the Refund Guarantees, the Supervision Agreements and the Management Agreements and "Underlying Document" means any of them.

  • Obligation Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Loan Documents, and all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Secured Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other agreements, certificates, and other documents, instruments and writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted with respect to the grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • Supporting Documents means all documents and information reasonably requested by the Bank in connection with the opening and operation of any Account, the execution of any Transaction and the provision of any Related Service, including:
