Delivered Energy Quantity definition

Delivered Energy Quantity means the sum of the Energy delivered to PGE by or on behalf of Seller to the Delivery Point each hour during the Delivery Period as represented on the final e-Tag. The Delivered Energy Quantity shall not exceed Net Available Capacity in any given hour.
Delivered Energy Quantity or “DEQ” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7 and Exhibit E.
Delivered Energy Quantity means the total quantity of Natural Gas, in kWh, delivered by IUK Shippers at the Interconnection Point in the Gas Day.

Examples of Delivered Energy Quantity in a sentence

  • Seller shall sell and deliver, and PGE shall buy and receive, the Delivered Energy Quantity delivered pursuant to this Agreement, up to the Net Available Capacity.

  • If Seller, after the Effective Date, increases (i) the Facility’s ability to deliver Facility Output, (ii) Nameplate Capacity, or (iii) Net Available Capacity through any means, including but not limited to replacement or modification of equipment or related infrastructure, such increased output or capacity shall not be considered Delivered Energy Quantity.

  • Seller is responsible for and shall pay for all future costs, if any, whether incurred by Seller or PGE, resulting from any carbon emissions generated by or associated with the Delivered Energy Quantity delivered by Seller to the Delivery Point in accordance with this Agreement.

  • If Seller, after the Effective Date, increases (i) the Generating Facility’s ability to deliver Generating Facility Output, (ii) Generating Facility Nameplate Capacity, or (iii) the Generating Facility Net Available Capacity through any means, including but not limited to replacement or modification of equipment or related infrastructure, such increased output or capacity shall not be considered Delivered Energy Quantity.

  • Seller shall sell and deliver, and PGE shall buy and receive, the Delivered Energy Quantity delivered pursuant to this Agreement, up to the Generating Facility Net Available Capacity.

  • Seller is responsible for and shall pay for all future costs, if any, whether incurred by Seller or PGE, resulting from any carbon emissions generated by or associated with the Delivered Energy Quantity delivered by Seller to the Generating Facility Delivery Point in accordance with this Agreement.


More Definitions of Delivered Energy Quantity

Delivered Energy Quantity means the sum of the Specified Energy, Un-Specified Energy and As-Available Energy delivered to PGE by or on behalf of Seller to the Delivery Point each hour as represented on the final e-Tag. The Delivered Energy Quantity shall not exceed Net Available Capacity in any given hour.
Delivered Energy Quantity means the amount of energy SELLER sells, and tenders for delivery at the Delivery Point, to NIAGARA pursuant to Sections (A) and (C) of Paragraph SEVENTH of the AGREEMENT up to the specified Monthly Contract Quantity plus the Overgeneration Amount, for each Interval during the Settlement Period, and NIAGARA shall be obligated to take and pay for such energy from SELLER at the Market Energy Price.

Related to Delivered Energy Quantity

  • Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC/MSEDCL authorities.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Net energy metering means measuring the difference, over the net metering period, between (i)

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Net energy billing means a billing and metering practice under which a customer-generator is billed on the basis of net energy over the billing period.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Electricity supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • MWh means megawatt-hour.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
