Delivered Quantity definition

Delivered Quantity means, in respect of an Allowance Transaction, the number of Allowances (of a Compliance Period, where applicable) of a Contract Quantity Transferred by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer at the Delivery Point;
Delivered Quantity means the quantity of gas in MMBTU delivered by the authorised entity at designated exit point of the shipper;
Delivered Quantity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).

  • At the beginning of the applicable twelve-month period, KEDLI and/or KEDNY will determine each customer's Monthly Delivered Quantity (MDQ) and Daily Delivered Quantity (DDQ) for each month of the upcoming year.

More Definitions of Delivered Quantity

Delivered Quantity has the meaning specified in § 6.4 (Measurement of Natural Gas Deliveries and Receipts);
