Delivery Areas definition

Delivery Areas means the delivery areas set out in Section XX of the General Terms and Conditions.
Delivery Areas means the delivery areas and ramps shown edged blue oh the plans at Annexure X;

Examples of Delivery Areas in a sentence

  • Regular Delivery Areas (Bid routes) within geographical loop area.

  • The member counts, revenue information, number of Service Delivery Areas (SDAs) served, and number of programs should give bidders an idea of the level of effort that would be required to perform the AUPs for a given MCO relative to the effort that might be required for another MCO.

  • The “Initial Delivery Date” shall mean the later of the third (3rd) business day following satisfaction of the contingencies described in paragraph 31 below or the date upon which the Initial Delivery Areas are “Delivered” (as defined below) in accordance with subparagraph 4A.

Related to Delivery Areas

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Delivery Point ; shall mean the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
