Design Acceptance definition

Design Acceptance means formal agreement by the Authority that the design of the Articles has been demonstrated to have reached Design Freeze in accordance with the process set out in Clause 0 of the Contract.
Design Acceptance means the acceptance of the Contractors design at Critical Design Review of the ITEAP.
Design Acceptance means written confirmation by the City after submittal and review of the As-Built Plans that the design conforms to the Contract Documents and reflects the As-Built conditions. Required as part of Final Acceptance.

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.

  • Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.
