Design Contracts definition

Design Contracts means those contracts between the Developer and the engineers and architects who have been engaged by the Developer to provide engineering and design services for the Project.

Design Contracts means each of the contracts set out against the name of the relevant Design Contractor in the table in the Appendix to this Schedule 5. Electro-Systems Deed has the meaning given to that term in this Schedule 5. IDC/MW means Industries Dev. Corp./Mejore Woodworks, Inc. Related to Design Contracts
