Authorized Officer of a Person means any Person that is authorized to bind such Person.
Authorized Officers A managing director of the whole loan trading desk and a managing director in global markets.
Authorized Official means the [Authorized Official Title], or his/her designee, who is authorized to exercise the authority of an Authorized Official under the terms of the PACE Program Report.
Designated Officer means the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, any Vice President in charge of financial or accounting matters or the principal accounting officer of the Company.
Partner Authorized Official means the person or persons appointed by the Partner to be its focal point for this Agreement with the authority to and ability to respond to all questions from UN Women and authorized to sign the FACE Forms and Progress Report Forms and other funding authorization forms. In addition, the Partner Authorized Official is authorized to sign the written statement set forth in Article V, section 5 (c).
Authorized Financial Officer means a chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief accounting officer, treasurer or other qualified senior officer acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
authorised officer means any person authorised by the Environment Agency under section 108(1) of The Environment Act 1995 to exercise, in accordance with the terms of any such authorisation, any power specified in section 108(4) of that Act.
Responsible Officer means, when used with respect to the Trustee, any officer within the corporate trust department of the Trustee, including any vice president, assistant vice president, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer, trust officer or any other officer of the Trustee who customarily performs functions similar to those performed by the Persons who at the time shall be such officers, respectively, or to whom any corporate trust matter is referred because of such Person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.
Responsible Person means any person other than the registered owner of an immovable property who is legally responsible for the payment of municipal service charges.
Authorized Issuer Representative means any person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by a written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Responsible Financial Officer means, with respect to any Person, the chief financial officer or treasurer of such Person or any other officer, partner or member having substantially the same authority and responsibility.
Authorised Authority Representative means the Authority representative named in CCN as authorised to approve agreed Variations to the Contract.
Authorized Company Representative means each person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Authority and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by its President, any Vice President or its Treasurer, together with its Secretary or any Assistant Secretary.
BD Officer means each officer or employee of BD designated as a "BD Officer" for purposes of this Agreement in a communication to the Auction Agent.
Senior Officer means (a) the chief executive officer, (b) the president, (c) any executive vice president, (d) the chief financial officer, (e) the treasurer, or (f) any assistant treasurer, in each case of any Person.
Nominated Officer means an officer charged with the responsibility for discharging specific tasks within Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions.
Assistant Secretary means an Assistant Secretary of the Corporation.
Applicable Authorized Representative means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, (i) until the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and (y) the Non-Controlling Authorized Representative Enforcement Date, the Administrative Agent, and (ii) from and after the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and (y) the Non-Controlling Authorized Representative Enforcement Date, the Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative.
Authorized Person means any officer of the Fund and any other person authorized by the Fund to give Oral or Written Instructions on behalf of the Fund. An Authorized Person's scope of authority may be limited by setting forth such limitation in a written document signed by both parties hereto.
Designated Financial Officer means, with respect to any Borrower, its chief financial officer, director of treasury services, treasurer, assistant treasurer, or any position similar to any of the foregoing.
Authorized entity means a nonprofit organization or a governmental agency that has a primary mission to provide specialized services relating to training, education, or adaptive reading or information access needs of blind or other persons with disabilities;
Responsible administrative authority means, with respect to a structured settlement, any government authority vested by law with exclusive jurisdiction over the settled claim resolved by the structured settlement.
prescribed officer means a person who, within a company, performs any function that has been designated by the Minister in terms of section 66(10);
Certifying Officer shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8.15(d).
Authorised Officers means an officer of each Partner appointed to be that Partner's representative for the purpose of this Agreement.
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, the City Manager or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Developer and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor or City Manager. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom may perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.
