Designated Delivery Location definition

Designated Delivery Location shall have the meaning given in Section 5.4 of the Supply Agreement.
Designated Delivery Location means the location at which Provisional Acceptance of a Unit or Equipment Acceptance of an item of Equipment is intended to occur as notified by RfL pursuant to clause 21.1(d) or such other location as may be agreed in writing between the Parties;
Designated Delivery Location has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1.

  • Supplier shall secure and pay for all Supplier Permits required for the Delivery of the Supply Items to the Designated Delivery Location.

  • Upon Supplier’s Delivery of any Supply Item to its respective Designated Delivery Location, Purchaser shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, within five (5) days after notice from Supplier and at such date and time set forth in Supplier’s notice, pick up the Supply Item at its Designated Delivery Location, and ship, install or store such Supply Item at the Project Site.

  • The SCADA System shall be delivered at a Designated Delivery Location mutually agreed by the Parties following the installation of the first Turbine at the Project Site by Purchaser.

  • Title to any Supply Item shall transfer to the Purchaser upon (i) the Delivery of such Supply Item to its Designated Delivery Location and (ii) Purchaser’s payment of and Supplier’s receipt of, the applicable Progress Payment.

  • Purchaser shall be responsible for all loading and shipment of the Supply Items and SCADA System from their respective Designated Delivery Locations to the Project Site and shall pay for all costs and expenses incurred by Purchaser related thereto, including the costs of maintaining insurance on such Supply Item and SCADA System during shipment of such Supply Item and SCADA System from its respective Designated Delivery Location to the Project Site.

  • Supplier shall bear the risk of loss and damage with respect to any Supply Item (including each individual Major Turbine Component) until Delivery of such Supply Item to its Designated Delivery Location.

  • Upon Delivery of any Supply Item to its Designated Delivery Location, Purchaser shall take reasonable steps, and shall ensure that the EPC Contractor and the Purchaser’s Contractors take reasonable steps, to protect any such Supply Item against damage or theft.

Designated Delivery Location means the location or locations at which the equipment is to be hired and used.

Related to Designated Delivery Location

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Scheduled Delivery Date means the Date on which the Seller is required to start delivering the power at the Delivery Point as per the terms and conditions of the PPA;

  • Designated facility means (a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility which :

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Location Routing Number or "LRN" means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Delay Delivery Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which all or a portion of a related Mortgage File is not delivered to the Trustee or to the Custodian on its behalf on the Closing Date. The number of Delay Delivery Mortgage Loans shall not exceed 25% of the aggregate number of Mortgage Loans as of the Closing Date.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(ii).

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.
