  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Designated caregiver has the meaning as set out in the Code. Disciplinary Action includes termination of this Agreement and suspension, expulsion and exclusion of the Student as those terms are defined in the Act. Fee means fees payable by the Parents to the School as per the Fee Schedule. For items that are serialized within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier, the unique item identifier shall include the data elements of the enterprise identifier; the original part, lot, or batch number; and the serial number.
