Designated recyclable material definition

Designated recyclable material means those materials outlined as per the City of East Orange Recycling Ordinances and any amendments thereto. It refers to, but is not limited to material generally consisting of Co-Mingled Material and Paper.
Designated recyclable material means those materials outlined as per the Township of Millburn Recycling Ordinances and any amendments thereto. It refers to, but is not limited to, material consisting of Mixed Paper, Commingled Material, and Rigid Plastic.
Designated recyclable material or “Designated Recyclables” means material, as designated by the City Manager that is required to be separated by covered generators from solid waste prior to disposal and returned for use or reuse in the form of raw materials for new, used or reconstituted products.
