Designated Recyclable Material definition

Designated Recyclable Material means those materials outlined as per the Township of Millburn Recycling Ordinances and any amendments thereto. It refers to, but is not limited to, material consisting of Mixed Paper, Commingled Material, and Rigid Plastic.
Designated Recyclable Material means #1 and #2 plastics, glass (clear, brown, and green), aluminum, steel, tin, fibers including corrugated cardboard, chipboard, and mixed paper in clear plastic bags including office/computer paper, newspaper, junk mail, phone books, brown paper bags, magazines, etc.
Designated Recyclable Material or “Designated Recyclables” means material, as designated by the City Manager that is required to be separated by covered generators from solid waste prior to disposal and returned for use or reuse in the form of raw materials for new, used or reconstituted products.
