DETAIL" OR "DETAILING means a product presentation in a face-to-face meeting in an individual or group practice setting between a professional sales representative and a targeted prescriber in which one or more key benefits of the Profit-Sharing Product are verbally presented in a balanced manner.

DETAIL" OR "DETAILING means a face-to-face meeting in an individual or group practice setting, between a Sales Representative of a Party or its Affiliate, on the one hand, and a Professional, on the other hand, during which a Primary Product Presentation or a Secondary Product Presentation is made to such Professional relating to a Product; provided that such meeting is consistent with and in accordance with the procedures and policies customarily employed by such Party's sales force responsible for performing such activities for the majority of its other major marketed pharmaceutical products, consistently applied.

DETAIL" OR "DETAILING means a face-to-face meeting, between (i) a Sales Representative of the applicable Party, meeting minimum professional standards of a four-year college degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent), and (ii) a health care professional with prescribing authority, during which a presentation of the Product’s attributes is orally presented in a manner consistent with the quality of such presentations made by a Party’s professional representatives for such Party’s other products. A FIRST POSITION DETAIL shall mean a Detail where the presentation of such Product during the Detail is the first presentation made and is the presentation on which the most time is spent during such meeting. A SECOND POSITION DETAIL shall mean a Detail where the presentation of a Product during the Detail is the presentation on which the second most amount of time is spent during such meeting. When used as a verb, Detail shall mean to engage in a Detail.

  • Detailing means to engage in the activity of a Detail.

  • Program Details means the specific details provided to Influencer by Brand, including, but not limited to, compensation, program dates, branding guidelines, general and specific responsibilities of Influencer and Brand. Influencer may engage in multiple Program Details, each governed by this Agreement. This Program Details are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If any provisions of the Program Details conflict with this Agreement, then the Program Details will control.

  • Security Details means any security procedure you follow or use to give or authorise an instruction, confirm your identity or access a Device or certain functionality on that Device (for example a passcode, access code, security code, or biometric data such as a fingerprint).

  • Agreement Details means the schedule attached to the front of these Terms setting out the variable information related to this agreement such as Your details and other information related to the Room Building means the accommodation building identified in the Agreement Details in which the Room is located.

  • Commercial or marketing purpose means the sale of student data; or its use or disclosure for purposes of receiving remuneration, whether directly or indirectly; the use of student data for advertising purposes, or to develop, improve, or market products or services to students.

  • Serialization within the part, lot, or batch number means each item of a particular part, lot, or batch number is assigned a unique serial number within that part, lot, or batch number assignment. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier.

  • Essential Details means the required details in order for the Company to be able to place the Order for example but not limited to the type of Underlying Asset, Direction (Buy/or Sell), Opening price, closing price, style of the Order, the volume, if the Client places a Pending Order (limit or stop) the Client will indicate the intended price in which the Order will go in the market and any Stop Loss and or Take Profit etc.

  • Details means the section of this agreement headed “Details”.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • technical and organisational security measures means those measures aimed at protecting personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.

  • tpd means tonnes per day.

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • Development Authority means the New Jersey Schools

  • Co-generation means the sequential production of electricity

  • Groceries means food as defined in 7 U.S.C. 2012(k), but does not include cannabinoid

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • MRP means the maximum retail price, excluding taxes, payable by a Subscriber for A-la Carte Channels or Bouquet of Pay Channels as notified by STAR in terms of the Tariff Order 2017 and as set out in Annexure A of the SLA as maybe amended from time to time;

  • Detail means to engage in a Detail.

  • Licensed Varieties means the varieties listed in Schedule 2.

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • School or We or Us means Notre Dame School Cobham as now or in the future constituted (and any successor). The School is constituted as a charitable company limited by guarantee.
