Detailed Engineering Study Funding Contract definition

Detailed Engineering Study Funding Contract means a contract between a Participant and the LDC for funding of a Detailed Engineering Study.
Detailed Engineering Study Funding Contract means a contract between a Participant and the IESO for funding of a Detailed Engineering Study pursuant to Article 3.0 of the Program Rules;
Detailed Engineering Study Funding Contract means a contract between a Participant and the IESO for funding of a Detailed Engineering Study pursuant to Section 3.1(e);

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Participant wanting to obtain a Project Incentive pursuant to a Project Incentive Contract without entering into a Preliminary Engineering Study Funding Contract or a Detailed Engineering Study Funding Contract may commence the process at Step 6 by delivering to the IESO a Project Incentive Application along with the mandatory requirements specified in Table 1, all subject to the IESO’s approval.

  • Transporter will evaluate each prospective project under this policy based upon the incremental cost-of-service and the incremental revenues which Transporter estimates will be generated as a result of the project.

  • Step 5: Upon acceptance by the IESO of the Detailed Engineering Study Funding Application, as supplemented by any Additional Information, the IESO and Participant may enter into a Detailed Engineering Study Funding Contract.

  • Any Preliminary Engineering Study Funding Contract, Detailed Engineering Study Funding Contract or Project Incentive Contract entered into between the IESO and any Participant will not be an exclusive agreement.

  • The total amount of funding advanced pursuant to a Preliminary Engineering Study Funding Contract or Detailed Engineering Study Funding Contract, as the case may be, will be deducted from any Project Incentive so that the total amount paid to a Participant in respect of the Project does not exceed the maximum Project Incentive determined in accordance with Section1.6.

  • Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2006 prepared by Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates and XxXxxxxx & XxxXxxxxxxx.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private

  • conformity assessment body means a body that performs conformity assessment activities including calibration, testing, certification and inspection;

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Engineering Report means either an Independent Engineering Report or an Internal Engineering Report.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;

  • Phase II Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product on patients, including possibly pharmacokinetic and dose ranging studies, the principal purposes of which are to make a preliminary determination that such Licensed Product is safe for its intended use and to obtain sufficient information about such Licensed Product’s efficacy to permit the design of further clinical trials, and generally consistent with 21 CFR §312.21(b), or its successor regulation, or the equivalent in any foreign country.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Environmental Impact Assessment means a systematic examination conducted to determine whether or not a programme, activity or project will have any adverse impacts on the environment;

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Project Funding Agreement means an agreement in the form of Schedule F that incorporates the terms of this Agreement and enables the LHIN to provide one-time or short term funding for a specific project or service that is not already described in Schedule A;

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.
