Detective definition

Detective means A Non-Commissioned Officer who is designated as a Detective or is currently undertaking or prepared to undertake the Detectives Education Program and who is permanently appointed to the duty type of Criminal Investigation.

Detective means any police officer who holds the classification of Detective and who is for the time being employed as a Detective.
