Detroit Project definition

Detroit Project means the proposed design, development and construction, by Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries (whether individually, through Detroit, or in concert with one or more partners or joint venturers) of a permanent hotel, casino and entertainment complex in Detroit, Michigan or its environs (in addition to the currently operating temporary casino located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇. Lodge Freeway, Detroit, Michigan).

  • Nothing in this Agreement or any Collateral Document shall impose any liability upon Detroit or its properties to the holders of the Company 8 1/2% Notes Due 2010 so long as Detroit's Obligations under the other Credit Documents do not exceed that portion of the Obligations which are or have been used, directly or indirectly, to finance the design, development, construction or operation of the Detroit Project or which are or have been actually borrowed or received by Detroit.
