Developed Market definition

Developed Market means a jurisdiction included in the Morgan Stanley Capital
Developed Market means any country which is a member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and which has a sovereign credit rating for “foreign currency” of at least “AA-” and “Aa3” from S&P and Moody’s, respectively.
Developed Market means a regulated market situated in a country that is most developed in terms of its economy and capital markets and which is not an Emerging Market.

Developed Market means any country deemed to belong to a developed markets classification, as determined from time to time by the CROCI Valuation Group by reference to such source(s) as it may determine to be appropriate, including but not limited to, whether such countries are represented in “developed market” benchmarks. As of the Modification Date, the following countries are considered Developed Markets: Canada, United States; Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom; Israel; Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, and Singapore;
Developed Market means any market designated as a developed market by MSCIInc. which, at the date of this Prospectus, includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States;
Developed Market means a jurisdiction included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International, or other reputable global index provider, indices, a free-float-adjusted market capitalisation-weighted index designed to measure global developed markets, and/or such other markets as the Directors may from time to time determine;
Developed Market means any country which is not an Emerging Market;*
