Developer App definition

Developer App means an App, including Updates, developed by the Developer and distributed through the PLCnext Store in the name of Phoenix Contact (which may also be a Phoenix Contact Affiliate) and on account of the Developer.
Developer App means Apps and Device Apps.
Developer App means a software program created using, or with reference to, the CareEvolution FHIR API, which software program interoperates or exchanges or shares data (bi-directionally or uni- directionally) with any Associated CareEvolution Software.

  • Developer acknowledges that the Security Measures are subject to technical progress and development and that Grammarly may update or modify the Security Measures from time to time, provided that such updates and modifications do not result in the degradation of the overall security of the Developer App provided to Developer.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, even if you do have a Custom XXXX, use of the Developer App by End User shall also be subject to the Default Terms.

  • AlayaCare may terminate this Agreement and suspend the Developer App at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement by Developer or if AlayaCare determines, in our sole discretion, that the Developer App may negatively affect AlayaCare, the Interface, or Customers.

  • Except to the extent the Developer App contains any AlayaCare IP, AlayaCare claims no ownership or Intellectual Property Rights in the Developer App.

  • AlayaCare reserves the right to take corrective action if it receives complaints from Customers about the Developer App or Developer’s actions.


More Definitions of Developer App

Developer App means the software program created by Developer pursuant to the Developer Terms and Conditions, which software program interoperates or exchanges or shares data (bi-directionally or uni-directionally) with Associated AlayaCare Software.
Developer App means a software program created using, or with reference to, the Allscripts SDK, which software program interoperates or exchanges or shares data (bi-directionally or uni-directionally) with any Associated Allscripts Software.
Developer App means either (i) An Existing Application or a new software program based on an Existing Application, developed or licensed for distribution by Developer using the Allscripts SDK, which program interoperates or exchanges or shares data (bi-directionally or uni-directionally) with any Associated Allscripts Software; and any new versions, upgrades, updates, bug fixes, or other modifications of such software programs; or (ii) a software program not based on any existing software, developed by Developer using the Allscripts SDK, which program interoperates or exchanges or shares data (bi-directionally or uni-directionally) with any Associated Allscripts Software; and any new versions, upgrades, updates, bug fixes, or other modifications of such software programs
Developer App means a software program created using, or with reference to, the MedInformatix SDK, which software program interoperates or exchanges or shares data (bi- directionally or uni-directionally) with any Associated MedInformatix Software.

Related to Developer App

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Weapons system supplier means any prime contractor or first tier subcontractor engaged in, or having a known prospective interest in the development, production or analysis of any of the weapon systems, as well as any major component or subassembly of such system.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Project Developer means Bidding Company or a Bidding Consortium submitting the Bid. Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium/ Consortium, Member of a Bidding Consortium including its successors, executors and permitted assigns and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require”;

  • Police Service ’ means the South African Police Service established in terms of section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
