The affairs of the Association shall be governed by a Board of Directors composed of three (3) directors; provided, that during the Developer Control Period, the Developer shall have the right to appoint and remove two (2) of the director positions on the Board.
During the Developer Control Period, the Developer may amend these House Rules in any manner without the joinder, consent, or approval of any other party.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, the right and power of the Developer to make Special Amendments hereunder shall terminate on the date of turnover of control of the Association to the Unit Owners other than the Developer or the expiration date of the Developer Control Period, whichever shall first occur.
