Development and Construction Costs definition

Development and Construction Costs means the sum of all costs incurred in developing, designing and constructing the Gaming Facility and other Improvements, including, without limitation, any costs related to obtaining any Government Agency approvals, architect and engineering services, legal services and other professional services.
Development and Construction Costs means the sum of all costs incurred in developing, designing and constructing the Temporary Facility and other Improvements, including, without limitation, any costs related to acquisition of the Property, obtaining any Government Agency approvals, architect and engineering services, and other professional services.
Development and Construction Costs means third-party costs incurred by the Project Companies for the development, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, or third-party debt financing of the Project pursuant to the Business Plan. For avoidance of doubt, the payments to be made by NRG to CPS by and for the benefit of the Project Companies pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Project Agreement, or any reimbursement of that amount made by the Project Companies to NRG, shall be deemed to be Development and Construction Costs, but the contribution to be made by NRG to REAP, Inc. pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Project Agreement shall be solely for the account of NRG and shall not be deemed to be a Development and Construction Cost.

  • The NPV at the end of a given year shall then be calculated as the Balance of Development and Construction Costs less the Aggregate Discounted Net Revenues.

  • Gas Networks Ireland’s Payment Obligations: Gas Networks Ireland will pay to the Company the amounts, if any, calculated in accordance with Clause 7.3.2 and or Clause 7.4.2 within 30 Business Days of the notification issued under 7.3.2 and/or 7.4.2 (as the case may be) or, if later, as soon as reasonably practicable following confirmation of the Final Development and Construction Costs.

  • The Company shall pay the Company Development and Construction Costs Contribution and the Supplemental Economic Test Contribution in accordance with this Clause 7.

Development and Construction Costs means all costs and expenses incurred, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of Gas Networks Ireland in respect of the Works and in the performance of its obligations in accordance with this Connection Agreement including all costs incurred in relation to: all attributable overheads, insurances, financing costs, professional fees and any and all other costs incurred by Gas Networks Ireland in relation to or arising out of the Works prior to or following the Agreement Date in connection with the preparation, negotiation, completion and implementation of this Connection Agreement; all costs associated with any delay to the Works;

Related to Development and Construction Costs

  • Commenced Construction means (a) all of the following site preparation work is completed: ingress and egress routes exist; the site on which the Project will be located is cleared and graded; there is power service to the site; footings are prepared; and foundations have been poured consistent with purchased equipment specifications and project design; or (b) the following financial commitments have been made: (i) (A) an engineering, procurement, and construction contract (“EPC”) has been executed by all parties and is effective; or (B) contracts (collectively, “EPC Equivalents”) for all of the following have been executed by all parties and is effective: (1) project engineering, (2) procurement of all major equipment, and (3) construction of the Project, and (ii) the cumulative payments made by the Developer under the EPC or EPC Equivalents to the counterparties to those respective agreements is equal to at least thirty (30) percent of the total costs of the EPC or EPC Equivalents.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Cost of Construction means the total cost to Owner of those portions of the entire Project designed or specified by the Design Professional. Cost of Construction does not include the Design Professional's compensation and expenses and Owner's expenses associated with the Project or the cost of other services to be provided by others to the Owner.
