Development Fees or Exactions definition

Development Fees or Exactions means a monetary or other exaction including in-kind contributions, other than a tax or special assessment or Administrative Fee, which is charged by the Authority or City in connection with any permit, approval, agreement or entitlement for Infrastructure, Storm Water Management Controls or Vertical Improvements or any requirement for the provision of land for construction of public facilities or Infrastructure or any requirement to provide or contribute to any public amenity or services. Development Fee or Exaction does not include the requirements of, and fees payable under, Building Codes in effect from time to time generally applicable on a City-Wide basis to similar land uses. or utility connection fees in effect from time to time generally applicable on a City- Wide basis to similar land uses.

Development Fee or Exaction does not include the requirements of, and fees payable under, Building Codes in effect from time to time generally applicable on a City-Wide basis to similar land uses.

Examples of Development Fees or Exactions in a sentence

  • Except as provided in the following provisions of this Section 304.9C, from and so long as this Plan is in effect, the following Development Fees or Exactions as same are in effect as of the date of adoption of this Plan, and only the following, are applicable to the Plan Area: (a) the School Facilities Impact Fee; (b) the Child Care Requirements; and (c) the Art Requirement.

Related to Development Fees or Exactions

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Commitment Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(a).

  • Recruitment fees means fees of any type, including charges, costs, assessments, or other financial obligations, that are associated with the recruiting process, regardless of the time, manner, or location of imposition or collection of the fee.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Upfront Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Commercialization Costs means the sum of the following costs and expenses incurred by the Parties or their respective Affiliates, in Commercializing the Shared Products (and related Manufacturing activities) in the Territory, in each case, to the extent incurred in accordance with the Commercialization Plan and Commercialization Budget:

  • Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Development means any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, or storage of equipment or materials.

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.
