Development FTE Cost definition

Development FTE Cost means, for all Development activities performed in accordance with the Development Plan(s), including regulatory activities, the product of (a) the number of FTEs required for such Development activity as set forth in the approved Development Plan and (b) the Development FTE Rate. For the avoidance of doubt, the activity of contract personnel shall be charged as Out-of-Pocket Costs.
Development FTE Cost means, with respect to any period, the Development FTE Rate multiplied by the number of Development FTEs expended by a Party during such period.
Development FTE Cost means, for any period, the Development FTE Rate multiplied by the number of Development FTEs in such period.

Development FTE Cost means, for all Clinical Trials or Development activities performed in accordance with the Co-Development Plan, including regulatory activities, the product of (a) the number of FTEs required for such Clinical Trial or activity as set forth in the approved Co-Development Plan and Co-Development Budget and (b) the Development FTE Rate.
Development FTE Cost means, for a given period, the number of FTEs for such period multiplied by the applicable Development FTE Rate.

Development FTE Cost. Development FTE Cost means the product of (a) the actual number of FTEs utilized in the Development of a Product in accordance with the Development Plan and associated budget after the Effective Date, as documented by the applicable Party using a reliable time-tracking system and (b) the FTE Rate.

Related to Development FTE Cost

  • FTE Cost means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • FTE means full-time equated.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Total Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development, all of which shall be subject to the review and approval by the Credit Underwriter and the Corporation pursuant to this rule chapter, and as further described in Rule 67-48.0075, F.A.C.

  • Manufacturing Cost means [***].

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Fully Burdened Manufacturing Cost means, with respect to any Licensed Product supplied by or on behalf of NVCR to Zai hereunder if such Licensed Product (or any precursor or intermediate thereof) is manufactured by a Third Party manufacturer [***].

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Commercialization Costs means the sum of the following costs and expenses incurred by the Parties or their respective Affiliates, in Commercializing the Shared Products (and related Manufacturing activities) in the Territory, in each case, to the extent incurred in accordance with the Commercialization Plan and Commercialization Budget:

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
