Development Plot definition

Development Plot means the relevant part of the site for either the Detailed Element or the Outline Element of the Development.
Development Plot means an area of land in respect of which is a particular Building or group of Buildings is to be constructed to be defined by the relevant RMA;
Development Plot means the development plot or plots identified on plan ref ECM2-PA-03-106_A and labelled WV01, WV02, WV03, WV04, WV05, WV06 and WK04

  • The commercial uses in a Development Plot shall not be commenced before details of the arrangements for the storing of refuse, including recyclable material, have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority for that Development Plot and the facilities approved have been provided and made available for use by occupiers and users of the premises.

  • Details of the facilities to be provided for the secure storage of cycles for residents and non-residential uses for a Development Plot shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before the development hereby approved is commenced above grade in that Development Plot and shall not be occupied until any such facilities as may have been approved have been provided.

Development Plot means the Development Plots identified on drawing reference ‘0247_SEW_VF_P_6000 Rev 00’. The Development Plots identified on this drawing are:

Related to Development Plot

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
