Management Strategy. 7.1 A Management Committee will be established in accordance with the terms of reference and constitution of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. The Facility will be managed on a day to day basis by the School, in the same way that the rest of the school infrastructure and buildings are managed. The Community Building is very much being delivered under a partnership model agreement, with an equal responsibility of both the Council and the School.
