Device Lease definition

Device Lease has the meaning given to that term under Section 2.1(a) (Agreement to Lease) of this Agreement;

Examples of Device Lease in a sentence

  • It is the express intent of each of the parties hereto that each Device Lease constitute a true lease and not a sale of the Devices.

  • This Agreement is intended to be incorporated by reference into each Device Lease Schedule agreed to from time to time as particular Devices are leased by Lessor to the relevant Lessee.

Related to Device Lease

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.
