Dex East Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Dex East Credit Agreement, and any successor Dex East Administrative Agent appointed thereunder.

  • As soon as practicable in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Article VI, the Dex East Administrative Agent shall arrange to deliver such distributions to or on behalf of such Holders of Allowed Dex East Credit Facility Claims.
