Direct Notice definition

Direct Notice means notice of the proposed Settlement, substantially in the form of Exhibit 3 hereto, to be emailed directly to Persons for whom Godiva maintains marketing or loyalty email addresses. The Direct Notice may be modified as necessary to comply with the provisions of any order by the Court.

More Definitions of Direct Notice

Direct Notice means the notice that will be provided pursuant to Sections 5.3(a) and 5.3(b), subject to approval by the District Court, substantially in the form attached hereto as “Exhibit 1.”
