Direct Secure Messaging definition

Direct Secure Messaging means the encrypted messaging service provided to Participants by the NC HIEA, a certified Health Information Service Provider, that allows Participants to communicate securely with other NC HealthConnex Participants or with other certified Direct Secure Message recipients.
Direct Secure Messaging means the service through which Participant’s System may be accessed and used by Participant Authorized Users to send Health Data and related information regarding an Individual to, or receive such data from, Participants and Wisconsin’s public health agency.
