Directed Functions definition

Directed Functions means those services that the NHSBSA is directed to reimburse by DHSC including, but not limited to, dispensing contractors, dentists, NHS pensioners and students.
Directed Functions means a function which an Integration Joint Board has directed the Board to carry out under s.26 (1) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014.
Directed Functions means the functions referred to in paragraphs2 to 6 of these Directions;

Related to Directed Functions

  • Delegated Functions means a function of the Director or the Lord Chancellor delegated to you by an Authorisation;

  • School function means any school-sponsored extra-curricular event or activity.

  • Essential functions means the fundamental job duties of the employment position the individual with a disability holds or desires. "Essential functions" does not include the marginal functions of the position.

  • Commercially Useful Function means responsibility for the execution of a distinct element of the work of the contract, which is carried out by actually performing, managing, and supervising the work involved, evidencing the responsibilities and risks of a business owner such as negotiating the terms of (sub)contracts, taking on a financial risk commensurate with the contract or its subcontract, responsibility for acquiring the appropriate lines of credit and/or loans, or fulfilling responsibilities as a joint venture partner as described in the joint venture agreement.

  • Safety-sensitive function means a job function or duty where a Covered Employee either:

It can be programmed to alert the Client of a trading opportunity and can also trade his Trading Account automatically managing all aspects of trading operations from sending orders directly to the Trading Platform to automatically adjusting stop loss, Trailing Stops and take profit levels.

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Managed Fund means those Funds, individually and collectively, for which the Portfolio Manager makes buy and sell decisions.
