If the Trustee does not thereafter receive written instructions from the Collateral Manager within five (5) Business Days after transfer of such funds to such accounts, it shall invest and reinvest the funds held in such accounts, as fully as practicable, in the Standby Directed Investment.
Any costs and expenses related to compliance with the Participant's directions shall be borne by the Participant's Directed Investment Account.
