Contractor shall keep all existing permits and approvals necessary for use of the Approved Transfer Facility in full regulatory compliance. Upon request, Contractor shall provide copies of facility permits and/or notices of violations (obtained from its Transfer Facility Subcontractor if necessary) to City Contract Manager. If the Contractor is unable to use the Approved Transfer Facility, then the Contractor shall be responsible for making other Transportation arrangements. In such event, Contractor shall not be compensated for any additional costs. If the Contractor plans to change its Transfer method, Contractor shall obtain written approval from the City prior to making the change.

Contractor shall keep all existing permits and approvals necessary for use of the Designated Transfer Facility in full regulatory compliance.
Note to Proposers. It is contemplated that you will replace these generic venue references with your specifically proposed national, local, and/or corporate brands. For any generic or corporate brand, please include a description of the program for the national brand in the response to the RFP. Some national brands, as indicated below, must be retained on campus. For a complete listing of current concepts and their descriptions, please reference Attachment A. Please note that all square footage figures are approximate and include back of the house (with adjacent dining offices) serving line and seating areas.
